Consent and regret are separate things

I was just wondering [unclear], when you mentioned the ongoing consent, I just wanna, to make it clear, I’m not talking about reporting it like a couple of months or years later, but I’m wondering, you know, consent and regret are separate things. So, I just wish to see something that defines that. Because you can give consent but regret it afterwards; and I’ve seen from personal experiences with my friends that a couple of times it has happened. But, you know, that’s not the other person's fault. I was just wondering, is there something in the policy [...] that can define that?
