Participant 1: I would advise [supporters from other cultures] to consider the [victim/survivor's] family backgrounds and their culture. And maybe [...] they could help in talking to their parents too, and help them with the decisions, rather than letting the girl do it alone. It's hard for her to explain to her parents what happened. Participant 2: So I would probably ask them to, you know, be there for the person emotionally, because people from our community - the victim is less likely to get any support from family. They would probably push them away from even reporting it to anyone, so that is all I can say.
